Well networked is nearly won

Dear Sir or Madam,

Networking between manufacturers and suppliers is essential in the medical device industry. New cooperations and partnerships are ideal results of a good relationship. In our current Special we had a closer look on how to find the right business partners and how the newly gained relationship can be maintained. We also focus on the topic corruption and how management compliance systems are able to solve the problem.

Have a good start into the new week,

Melanie Günther

A "precious" coating for implant materials could prevent this in the future. Prof. Bernd Stritzker explains how a diamond-like coating with silver atoms is meant to reduce implant failure and how a microfluidic chip partially replaces animal tests during the development.
