Vauth-Sagel makes the same demands on its Website as it does on its products: both must always be state-of-the-art, with the aim of complying with the users’ requirements.
In numerous meetings, workshops and an intensive develop-ment phase, the producer ascertained what was particularly im-portant to him and the visitors to the Website. In future, the new Website will comprise visually-attractive and clearly-structured information on products, sectors and – of course – the company itself. Because the restructuring of Vauth-Sagel has naturally been reflected in the Website, so that interested parties from the relevant sectors have instant access to the corresponding portfolios and know-how, with company and product films for visualisation.
From assembly instruction to product film
Furthermore, fitters and furniture makers now have 24/7 ac-cess to all assembly instructions in the form of downloads and Vauth-Sagel has also further optimised its Service division. Via the corresponding sub-point, customers can now gain direct access to the contact partner relevant for their concerns and issues. Initially in two languages
The relaunched Website has been gone live in summer 2011, initially in German and English, with further important world languages following at a later date. And for all those who wish to be kept up-to-date there is a regular newsletter, for which all users can register using a contact form.
