Optimized Sensors of the Product Line SONOFLOW

Just in time for the COMPAMED 2011 we present our optimized ultrasonic sensors for flow rate measurement. Now we offer the compact clamp-on sensor SONOFLOW CO.55 for different tube sizes. The SONOFLOW IL.52 - inline sensor for low volume flow rates is in particular characterized by temperature resistance due to the new, heat-resistant housing. Furtheremore, both products have been optimized in their design.

CONTACTLESS - CLAMP-ON - FREE FROM WEAR

SONOFLOW CO.55 is designed to efficiently monitor the flow rate of fluids in flexible tubes.

The design of the clamp-on sensor makes it particularly suited to applications in which strict hygiene requirements are to be observed. The tube is simply inserted into the sensor. So it enables a quick and uncomplicated changeover.

The SONOFLOW CO.55 is intended as a component for integration into devices, machines and other pieces of equipment. It can be easily incorporated electronically into the controls of the equipment. The sensor has configurable power and impulse output. The service interface enables simple parameterization, calibration and presentation of measurement values. The procedure is adaptable to differing tube dimensions and other specifications, such as power supply, materials characteristics and signal output.

The precise ultrasonic flow rate meter SONOFLOW IL.51 is designed to efficiently and bidirectionally monitor the lowest flow rates of fluids. The design and the temperature resistance of the sensor makes it particularly suited to applications in which strict hygiene requirements are to be observed. Another advantage is that the sensor shows nowear and tear.

The SONOFLOW IL.52 is intended as a component for integration into devices and machines. Mechanical installation is simple and it can be easily incorporated electronically into the controls of the equipment. The sensor has two configurable power and impulse outputs. The service interface enables simple parameterisation, calibration and presentation of measurement values.
