About us

Company details

Silicone Altimex Ltd., a division of Qure Medical, is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of cleanroom-produced silicone tubing components and assemblies for the pharmaceutical industry. Silicone Altimex specializes in Liquid Injection Molding, Tubing and Assemblies. LIM/LSR is the cleanest form of molding as it is done through a closed system that does not require handling nor is it exposed to open air until the parts are molded.

Products are manufactured under ISO 13485:2003 conditions in three ISO Class 7 Cleanrooms with square footage totaling approximately 20,000. Each cleanroom offers completely controlled manufacturing environments with HEPA Filtration units to control airborne particulate and Bioburden monitoring that is carried out and documented on a weekly basis to ensure the required standards for silicone tubing products are achieved.

The quality mission of Qure Medical’s Silicone Altimex is to “provide high quality, value added, integrated elastomer solutions to medical device manufacturers while meeting stringent standards of the healthcare industry.”
