About us

Company details

AOTI is founded on a decade of experience in providing innovative solutions to resolve severe and chronic wounds. With a leading international management team, extensive worldwide infrastructure, innovative patented technology, and and extensive and growing portfolio of clinical evidence, the company is uniquely positioned to revolutionize the treatment of all advanced wound types.

Topical Wound Oxygen (two2™) Therapy
The application of positive pressure (sometimes referred to as hyperbaric, or above atmospheric pressure) oxygen to successfully treat and aid in the healing of advanced wounds has been studied extensively for decades, demonstrating undoubted clinical results. However, up until the availability of "Topical Extremity Chambers", much of this scientific evidence has been established utilizing large full body "Hyperbaric Chambers", where the patient is placed completely in a chamber, such as you might see used by deep sea divers suffering from the bends. Because of the sheer size and potential negative systemic affect of such "Full Body" chambers on the wound care patient population, the treatment has not been widely accepted or utilized.

AOTI has overcome these traditional limitations by developing a patented approach that allows for the application of Topical Wound Oxygen (two2™) utilizing unique cycled pressure directly to the specific wound site, thereby maximizing all the beneficial wound healing affects without any of the negative systemic side affects. Additionally, the company's products are small, easily transportable and available in reusable and single-use models, allowing for application of the treatment at virtually any care site, from the hospital to the patient’s home. These unique products now mean that any wound care patient at virtually any location can receive targeted therapy.
