tBPC’s Wrist-worn Pulse oximeter, oCare Pro is the first industrial pulse oximeter which could measure blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate directly at the wrist skin without connecting another cable of sensor probe clamped on the fingertip. Current pulse oximeters use a clip-like probe that measures the blood oxygen saturation from the fingertip, making it very inconvenient for the movement of fingers. Non-invasive Glucose Meter
tBPC’s Non-invasive Glucose meter is the first industrial non-invasive glucose meter which measures blood glucose in the aqueous humor of eyeball by simultaneous dual optic sensing technologies. tBPC’s Non-invasive Glucose Meter has the advantages of no pain, no blood, no infection and no consumables. This device is particular useful for home self-healthcare management of pre-diabetic and type 2 diabetic patients and sub-healthy peoples. tBPC’s Non-invasive Glucose Meter has been approved by Taiwan FDA and Clinical Trial IRB to conduct 45 subjects of human clinical trial at the largest Taiwan hospital.tBPC’s non-invasive glucose detection technologies are protected by a total 29 patents, include 6 awarded patents and 23 pending patents. tBPC plans to submit the marketing application of its non-invasive glucose meter at Taiwan and EU before the end of 2017.
DOE Reflective Optic Vital Sign Sensor, oCare Sensor
tBPC’s DOE Reflective Optic Vital Sign Sensor, oCare Sensor is the first industrial optical sensor that could measure high S/N quality of PPG (Photoplethysmography) signals of Red, IR and Green wavelength at the wrist, finger or other skin surface of the body. It has been demonstrated to be the first industrial optical sensor that could measure blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate at the wrist. tBPC’s DOE Reflective Optic Vital Sign Sensor, oCare Sensor consisted of Red, IR and Green LEDs, light detectors and the unique DOE component which exhibits high signal to noise features. This DOE component is a micro structured optical element designed to modulate the photon propagation within the skin tissue so that the reflective light from skin tissue are therefore enhanced.
