Optimized Energy Density in Smart Battery Packs

SMBUS Standard Smart Batterypacks with optimized energy density from RRC
RRC has optimized their Li-Ion SMBus standard battery packs and now offers the highest energy density in the market. The available energy for two of the battery packs: the RRC2020 and RRC2024, is now optimally rated close to the 100 watt limit that in terms of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance. The RRC2040 battery has 33Wh of energy available. The batteries are SMBus v1.1 compliant and meet the JEITA standards (required for export to Japan). Temperature-dependent load profiles increase safety and also lead to a maximized cycle life of the battery packs. By using the Impedance Track technology, users no longer need to manually calibrate the battery. The use of Cell Balancing leads to maximum available capacity and to longer life. The battery packs have comprehensive charge/discharge safety systems as well as passive safety electronics, worldwide agency certification approvals (e. g. UL for USA), and international recycling support. Used in combination with RRC's battery chargers, performance can be optimized, including accelerated charging.
