Sensirion Is One of the Best Employers in Switzerland

Sensirion is a fantastic place to work. Great Place to Work®, the expert in workplace culture and employer attractiveness, named Sensirion one of the most popular employers in Switzerland. Sensirion was listed as the second-best company in the Large Company category (more than 250 employees) for 2017. Indeed, the high-tech company's unique corporate culture is the foundation for the innovations that consistently push it to the top of its field and make it the international market leader in environmental and flow sensors.

According to Great Place to Work®, the international research and consulting company, employees tend to find a workplace attractive when they trust their employer, are proud of what they do, and enjoy working with their colleagues. The research institute analyzes companies' attractiveness in a two-step process. First, employees are questioned anonymously about their satisfaction, and second all HR processes are subjected to an audit.

Sensirion achieved an exceptional trust index of 89% in the employee satisfaction questionnaire. A full 95% of Sensirion employees agreed with the statement: "All in all, I would say this is a very good place to work." Sensirion employees appreciate the fair and collegial teamwork at the company, the open and timely communication policy, and the creative freedom and high level of independence. The external Great Place to Work® audit scored Sensirion as exemplary compared with other companies in the fields of "providing information", "teamwork", "recognition" and "celebration".

A listing among the most popular employers is nothing new for Sensirion. The company has already been honored several times for its unbeatable combination of innovation and unique corporate culture. In April 2017, for example, the personnel research institute Universum named Sensirion as a preferred employer for students and graduates in the fields of engineering, information technology and natural sciences.
