Dear Sir or Madam, Berlin-based CODIALIST GmbH is driving innovation in the medtech sector with its software development for medical devices. Specializing in development in accordance with the strict requirements of the MDR in Europe and the FDA in the USA, CODIALIST has been involved in impressive projects such as the EXCOR® Active Cardiac Support System for children. This work illustrates how customized software can not only improve quality of life, but also meet the highest safety and reliability standards, with a particular focus on IT security. In the interview with Dr Dominik Karch, we find out how CODIALIST overcomes these challenges and what role the company played at COMPAMED 2023, where it presented its commitment to advanced and safe medical technology.
