shawpak Relocates to New 27,000 sq ft Facility at Stud Brook Business Park

Derby (June 2025) -  Shawpak Ltd is pleased to announce our relocation to a brand-new, purpose-built 27,000 sq ft headquarters at Unit 5A, Stud Brook Business Park in Castle Donington.

This move marks a significant milestone in our journey as a global leader in medical device packaging machinery. Since our founding in Derby in 2013, Shawpak has continued to innovate and expand, designing and manufacturing specialist packaging solutions including rotary thermoforming machines, rigid blister equipment, and pouch machinery. Our systems are trusted worldwide for packaging critical medical devices, and we are proud to serve a growing international customer base, supported by dedicated teams in Europe and North America.

 

Our new facility at Stud Brook Business Park provides the scale, specification, and strategic location we need to support our long-term growth plans. With enhanced infrastructure and connectivity—just minutes from East Midlands Airport and the M1 at Junction 24—the site offers the ideal environment to deliver next-generation packaging solutions and outstanding service to our customers.

Approximately 50 employees will relocate from our previous site in Allenton, Derby, further strengthening our commitment to the East Midlands as the core of our manufacturing operations.
