The choice of performance and innovation in Auto-Immunity
Autoimmune diseases arise from an inappropriate immune response of the body against substances and tissues normally present in the body. In other words, the immune system mistakes some part of the body as a pathogen and attacks its own cells.

For the diagnosis of auto-immune diseases, your requirements for expertise, rigour and accuracy are also ours.

InGen supports you with a complete portfolio of reagents and controls for investigating the main auto-immune diseases, by selecting products with the following criteria:

Performance to diagnose efficiently auto-immune diseases
Innovation by integrating new parameters for a personalized diagnosis and monitoring of patients
Diversity of techniques in order to adapt to your workflow

Quality Control

Quality in your hands
Our Internal Quality Controls in the fields of infectious diseases, clinical chemistry, toxicology, blood gases and auto-immune diseases ensure safety when conducting medical biology examinations according to the NF EN ISO 15189 control, which insists on the need to monitor and use internal quality controls on a daily basis.

"The laboratory must design internal quality control systems enabling it to verify that the specified quality of results is indeed obtained. […]" § 5.6.1.

Our controls are independent of different suppliers of platforms and reagents, and meet four main objectives :

VALIDATE analytical compliance of results generated daily
DETECT and PREVENT errors and deviations of the analytical system
QUALIFY its technique and periodically verify that the technique is reproducible over time
EVALUATE possible variations when changing batches of reagents for the analytical system

Commitment to innovation and quality
Each year worldwide, almost 50,000 patients with severe blood disease benefit from blood hematopoietic cell transplant, requiring a donor with a consistent genetic profile. They are also 100,000 new patients that are accessing the transplant of solid organs (kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas) and gain quality of life.

However, transplanted patients require regular monitoring to prevent graft rejection and the occurrence of infections.

With our partners ONE LAMBDA and CYLEX, we offer to transplant specialists the diagnostic tools for assessing donor-recipient matching as well as a personalized monitoring of transplanted patients.

In Histocompatibility, we offer the full range developed by ONE LAMBDA, allowing the DNA-typing for HLA, KIR and Mica alleles, the detection and identification of anti-HLA antibodies, automation products and an efficient software particularly for monitoring the immunisation of transplanted patients.

Malignant hemopathies

Malignant hemopathies are blood cancers derived from the abnormal processing of myeloid cells or lymphocytes.

They are classified following different criteria:

Their evolution (acute or chronic)
The hematopoietic lineage affected
Site of pathology
InGen offers a wide range of in vitro diagnostic products for detection by PCR (Reaction Polymerase Chain) translocations, clonal rearrangements and mutations in genes for the detection of leukemia and lymphoma.
