OUR HISTORY — FROM FORGE TO TURNKEY SUPPLIER
1933: Bøg Jørgensens Maskinfabrik (Jorgensen Engineering) is founded by Rasmus Bøg Jørgensen and the core business is fruit & vegetable processing equipment
1955: Paul Bøg Jørgensen, son of Rasmus Bøg, is taking over the management
1960: The company expands and moves to new premises on Svendborgvej, Hjallese
1970: New business era is starting up with focus on conveying and retort handling systems
1972: The Irish subsidiary “Little Island Engineering” is established
1975: The Australian subsidiary “Tripax Engineering” is acquired
1982: New company name is introduced: Jorgensen Engineering a/s
2006: The leading washing handling specialist “brüel international a/s” is acquired
2010: Subsidiary Little Island Eng. is sold
2011: After more than 50 years Jorgensen moves to a new and contemporary domicile in the business area Tietgen Byen in Odense
2014: Subsidiary Tripax Engineering is sold
2015: Subsidiary brüel international divested
