Microarrayer Nano-Plotter NP2.1

The Nano-Plotter is a non-contact micropipetting system for the volume range from 60 Picolitre. Main applications are printing of microarrays and manufacturing of array based diagnostics (multi parameter diagnostics). Small aliquots of diverse biomolecules will be tethered to solid surfaces, e.g. glass slides or well plates with 96 wells.
The Nano-Plotter is available in two sizes, with one up to sixteen piezoelectric pipetting tips in any combination and many accessories like fiducial recognition camera.

3D Bioprinter BS3.2

This instrument prints melt biopolymers as well as bioinks at room temperature, enriched with living cells if desired. Fields of application are regenerative medicine, production of scaffold structure for cell based screening, finishing of metal implants and others. Generally the instrument prints most bioresorbable polymers. BS3.2 is available with pneumatic extrusion as well as with mechanical displacement dosage and high-voltage extrusion (MES).

BioSyntheSizer BSyS 3.1

This pipetting machine does much more than pipetting: Automatic vial- and tube handling, powder pipetting, multi-lumen pipetting (E.g. azeothropic drying), application of pressure-/ temperature profiles in a reactor vessel end others. The vial racks connect to purification columns if necessary.

The instrument is kind of a tool kit always configured to a particular application. Customers already successfully synthesized tracer chemicals for nuclear medicine as well as hydrogels for regenerative medicine.

Microcontact Printer µCP4.1

µCP 4.1 is a compact benchtop instrument for two applications:

Microcontact printing of specific substances (E.g. proteins) onto solid surfaces: The lateral resolution can go below one Micrometer. "Patterned" surfaces may affect differentiation of stem cells. Up to four stamps with different patterns can print different substances on one target.

Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL) realizes 3D structures in soft polymers, e.g. photoresist. It allows the cost effective preparation of microfluidic devices.

Both methods utilize disposable stamps which can be done at the customer lab with the included casting station.
