HOT & COLD MEAL DISTRIBUTION TROLLEY
This trolley is used for patient meal delivery in which the meals are safely protected and at the right temperature. In the operating process, cold compartment temperature is + 3 ° C (which is adjustable), at the same time the hot compartment
is +120 ° C (which is adjustable). Inner temperatures are kept at the right values until the food is served. And these values do not change till the meal served to the patient bed. In this respect, HACCP rules and services are provided. Patient food security is guaranteed. In the “COOK&SERVE” system, the meals are portioned in the main kitchen. The trays are inserted into the trolleys and sent to the patient floors. Meals which are placed in the trolleys and sent for serving will have the required temperature values. Meals are protected hygienically and appropriately before they are served to the patients. Warm food will produce bacteria when it falls below a certain level of temperature. In addition, keeping the foods in the cold section at the appropriate
temperature is provided. The top and side panels are antistatic, strong and resistant to impacts, thermoplastic made. The internal partition wall and the rails which the trays will be inserted can be easily removed and cleaned. The condensate bowl located under the cooling compartment which can be easily removed and cleaned.
