MEDICAL IP was founded in South Korea in 2015 and back by some of the most leading medical institution in the world.
Having been acknowledged and supported by Seoul National University and its Hospital. We continue our research and development to be based in Cancer Research Institute, SNUH, Seoul, and expanding headquarters centers in Palo Alto in Global Business Institutions, Plug and Play Tech Center, California, USA.

MEDICAL IP is the world leader in medical imaging and its 3D visualization application for positive impact in many medical situations such as surgery, medical education and communication between patient and medical doctor. We are on scientific mission to push the boundaries of healthcare systems, developing innovative services in medical field that can learn to solve and visualize complex pathological, anatomical and structures of multi-modal medical images.

If we’re successful, we believe this will be one of the most important and widely beneficial and scientific advances ever made, increasing our capacity to understand internal organ structure, tumor and cancer behavior, supporting doctors and surgeons for diagnoses and advance surgical planning, and many problems that suffer from painful slow progress. With this technology as a multiplier for human ingenuity, those solution will come into reach.

The progress we’ve made is in part down to our approach, which combines the long-term thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration of academia and clinical practices, the energy and focus of a technology start-up, and the social purpose of a team fervent about amazing impact. We set our own independent research as along with practical use, we were able to create medical imaging software, supported by current artificial intelligence technology, complete with 3D printing and 3D virtual-augmented reality visualization.

Our motivation in all we do is to maximize the positive and transformative impact of computer science in the medical fields. We believe that this technology should ultimately belong to the world, in order to benefit the many and not the few, and we’ll continue to research, publish and implement our work to that end.
