The material of a needle part is a seamless pipe of titanium-alloy DAT51 (Ti-22V-4AL). β-titanium has higher corrosion-resistivity and rigidity than SUS, and non-magnetization property. The Minimum inner-surface roughness is about 0.1 μm (Ra 0.1), resulting less flow resistance and excellent liquid draining. Lure lock part is made of pure titanium, and the standard length of needle part is 13 mm.
