Direct Part Marking with Nanostructured Barcodes
Rel8 launches imZERT, which is an innovative method for Direct Part Marking of small and large plastic items with 2D barcodes down to 1x1 mm2, without any marking failures. The barcodes can be scanned using most scanning equipment. They are completely safe, adding no materials to the product. They are added during moulding, without any need for further machinery, reducing marking costs substantially and minimizing risks of breakdown due to marking.

- Quality and Assembly processes are strengthened, Sub-suppliers tracked
