A continuous CAD/CAM system from the design to the CNC-controlled machine tool guarantees fast throughput times

Plastic injection moulding

Series production always runs optimally when there are no problems in everyday production. That is why we test our tools extensively before delivery. Our quality management checks the manufactured pilot series parts for dimensional accuracy and records the values determined. In this way, we ensure precision not only in mould making, but also in subsequent production.

If you have your plastic parts manufactured by us, we have state-of-the-art machinery at your disposal for this purpose. Overmoulding of inserts, backmoulding of foils or the automated production of injection moulded parts from up to five components as well as LSR applications are all safely under control with our specialised know-how.

Turning systems

Our hydraulic and electric rotary units operate either as a rotary block or as an index plate. This allows the pre-moulded parts to be brought fully automatically into the position for final injection when using multi-component moulds. The clamped mould half is rotated in a defined manner with the clamping unit open in order to move the parts to the next processing station.

Our proven hydraulic systems rotate as standard either 180° alternately or continuously or 120° on three stations. Our robust electric turning units move two, three or four stations alternately or continuously as standard, but the angle and speed of rotation can also be freely selected as an option. All turning units can also be operated as index plate systems. Our systems require only between 0.6 and a maximum of 4.5 seconds for an exact movement. Their decisive advantage therefore lies in the combination of speed, safety and accuracy.

The systems are flexible due to the wide range of adaptation options to your special operational requirements
For example, when using a three-station rotary unit, part removal can take place in the open third station while the mold is closed and production continues. This high degree of individuality ensures decisive added value for your injection molding production.
