Eurocolumbus was founded by Dr. Carlo Brameri, graduated in Physics, who was the first in Milan, Italy, to build after the Second World War the first X-Ray tube with rotating anode.
Eurocolumbus is focused on the production of just one product (the C-arms) and it is based on Innovation and Research to produce the best performing systems on the market. The C-arms are motorized and they had been equipped with full isocentric geometry since 2001.
In 2005 Eurocolumbus was one of the first Companies in the world to produce the mobile C-arm using a Dynamic Solid State Detector (Flat Panel Detector) of amorphous silicon to acquire the images.
Today, thanks to the continuous Research and Innovation, the products have evolved with a lots of innovative features, providing an image quality never seen before in a product with a superb Ergonomics.
