The joint pavilion by the IVAM Microtechnology Network with the Product Market “High-tech for Medical Devices”, focuses on the innovations from key technologies like microtechnology, nanotechnology, photonics or advanced materials. International companies and research institutes from all over the world exhibit at the more than 600 m² sized joint pavilion.

The COMPAMED HIGH-TECH FORUM by IVAM offers insight into research and development of the exhibited processes and products, explained technology trends and provided information on relevant foreign markets for medical technology.

Experience Microfluidics First-Hand: Hands-on Session at MEDICA

How do microfluidic components work together – and what possibilities do they open up for new medical devices?

In the IVAM hands-on session, selected high-tech companies will demonstrate their technologies at MEDICA. At several stations, visitors can explore components and systems up close, try out applications themselves and talk directly with the people developing them.

This dedicated session brings microfluidics companies together with medical device manufacturers and other interested visitors. Live demonstrations make technical possibilities tangible and create space to discuss specific requirements and the feasibility of new applications.
